KRA’s – Day-to- day management of the hotel and its staff. commercial accountability, budgeting, financial management, profitability of the property,planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of- house (reception, concierge, and reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping. Will have to ensure optimum performance and continuous improvement in guest service, employee management, sales/marketing, property appearance, and achieve profitability as per company’s budget. Maintaining standards ( SOP’s) set by the company and assuring 100% guest satisfaction.
